A brief insight into our project with AFES AG
The Challenge
When a company with a 60-year history has locations around the globe, it's common for the software landscape to evolve differently across its branches. Before the M&A negotiations, it was essential to assess the group's IT status quo and quickly and reliably present actionable strategies for the future.
The Solution
We don’t tackle challenges superficially; we dig deep to address them. That’s why we personally visited many of the international branches in Europe and North Africa. We engaged in discussions with employees and various IT service providers of AFES AG. Our focus was on the historical legacy systems, which are often difficult to integrate with new industry solutions. After a thorough assessment phase, we clearly outlined the state of the software infrastructure and presented it to the company. We also provided concrete suggestions for process optimization, significantly enhancing our client's operational capability and creating a solid foundation for the crucial M&A negotiations.
