The Challenge
A global company like Tesla needs partners with a strong international presence. After all, their iconic vehicles are leased far beyond just Switzerland. Our client’s vision: establish operations in Austria that can serve as a blueprint for expanding into other European markets.
The Solution
Sometimes, it doesn’t take much time to achieve big results. In just three months, we updated the Swiss leasing software for the Austrian market, secured refinancing, adjusted customer contracts, and trained Tesla Store employees on the new product. The outcome: Tesla vehicles were financed and delivered shortly after the market launch. After a successful ramp-up, the project was smoothly handed over to the newly recruited team.
